Ok updated the site with a few new screenies.
As u can see we redid the main gate(but this is still in the progress state, so might look different when the map is finished.)

Added our own made rocket to the map.
Added 2 piccies from inside ET(finally )
And i know trees look alot the same now, but im working on that.

Another update, i finnaly got the command map in, although this is still a verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry rough version

Ok new huge update, we decided to go for the snowie look
Oh and we like to welcome ZoomPicard to our map making team, to help us out with the scripting
Just dressed up the outside a bit.

Added my first log today, so go and read it and reply(“reageer” for u english reading peeps)

Added a few new piccies including the new Command map, although its not finished yet.

Ok Huge little update

I was just messing with the spline mover, to see if it would work, and it did, so i put a tank in the map now, but we are not sure if thats gonna work properly, so it might turn into a truck
See the latest piccies at bottom.
Im working on the crane now to get the rocket onto the back part of the tank(truck)(some sort of flatbed)

Ok, little update.
It seemed i hasd a problem with the r_speeds in the outside area, which was very frustrating.
So i decided to change the shader file from the terrain from lightmap to vertex light and instead of using the _fog command in the worldspawn i used fogvars in the sky shader. and the r_speeds went from 30000 just outside the main gate to 18000, and this means alot better fps for the low-end users(for comparisment, the r_speeds on Railgun sometimes exceed 25000)but still have to fix something in the terrain though, cause i cant place landmines on the terrain now :<
If i got the time i will post a few comparison piccies from the 2 different r_speeds.

Just a small update, weve been not so active on the map the last 1,5 week, cause it was way to freaking hot, but i have a week of from today on, so im planning to do alot of work on the map.

I posted a thread on the SD forums about the r_speeds problem.

State of the map

Well still busy adding some more detail to the map and working on the script., so we are still very busy.

U can expect a big update of screenies just after the weekend(if all goes well )

map almost finished

Well we are allmost near completion of the map itself, and alot of the scripting has been done, although we still have to do the movable stuff.But most of the buildable stuff is finshed.
we got a nice offer from someone to make our commandmap(s), which he is gonna make after the weekend if all goes well.
No new piccies at the moment, but i will post some as soon as i get the time

Little update on how we are doing at the moment.

Hi everyone.

Well we are coming along very fine.
Ninos is redoing the main gate, and the other part he was working on is finished now and implemented in the map.

Im working on the constructable stuff now(MG42′s)
and some other stuff.

no new piccies this time, but keep an eye out this week, for new piccies from the gate.

Hello.

Well the map is coming around great.
We are doing alot of detail at the moment, and im starting to work on the scriptmovers and the splines. Zoom has started work on the rest of the scripts and Ninos is working also very hard on adding detail to the map.

I hope u all like the screenies from the map sofar.
